Welcome to Vokey, operated by Capslock Marketplaces Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vokey mobile application, website, and all related services ("Service").

By using the Vokey app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Vokey. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to register with your mobile number and complete OTP verification. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscription and Payments

Vokey may offer free and premium features.

• Premium subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed through Google Play.
• By subscribing, you authorize Google Play to charge the payment method linked to your account until you cancel.
• You can cancel subscriptions at any time via Google Play subscription settings.
• No refunds will be issued for partial periods or unused time unless required by law.

4. User Conduct

You agree to:

• Use Vokey only lawfully and only on devices you own or are authorized to control
• Not use voice or find-phone features to harass, stalk, or harm anyone
• Not misuse, reverse-engineer, or exploit any part of the platform
• Not interfere with or disrupt the functioning of the app
• Not attempt to bypass device security for unauthorized access to another person's phone

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent termination of your access.

5. Voice, Clap & Device Control Features

Vokey provides tools to lock/unlock your phone with voice and to help locate it via ring, flash, and vibrate (including clap-based triggers where enabled).

• You are responsible for configuring permissions (microphone, notifications, battery, etc.) required by your device OS.
• Feature availability and reliability may vary by device model, OS version, battery optimizations, and background restrictions.
• Voice and clap detection may not work perfectly in all environments (noise, distance, hardware limits).
• Vokey is a convenience tool and is not a substitute for your device's built-in lock screen, biometrics, or remote device management services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, code, and designs in Vokey are the exclusive property of Capslock Marketplaces Private Limited.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
• "Vokey" and associated marks are trademarks owned by us.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep Vokey running smoothly but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The app may undergo maintenance, updates, or experience technical issues from time to time.

We are not liable for any loss due to service interruptions or delays.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

You may discontinue your subscription and delete your account at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We do not guarantee that voice detection, clap detection, lock/unlock, or locate alerts will always succeed
• We are not responsible for unauthorized access to your device resulting from weak or shared voice phrases, or from third parties who know your commands
• The Service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use after changes implies your acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
